Gifts
We are known for our meticulous process when it comes to the selection of our gifts. Gift items which may not be available at the time of order will be replaced with items which are equivalent in value, quality and looks.
Quality
Our qrated gifts are packaged in the safety of a home environment which is smell-free, smoke-free and pets-free. We take great care to ensure Items are sterilized before delivery.
Delivery
Minimum delivery lead time required is 3 weeks from order confirmation. All other committed deadlines are subject to possible delays from logistics companies / forwarders / suppliers etc.
Function
We strive to balance form with function. Pragmatism dances with idealism in our workshop. Nice things ought to be useful too, no?
Form
Because each of our loved ones is unique and special in our eyes, we do not believe in a cookie-cutter approach to our design. We want each qrated gift to be as special and distinct as it can be.

Gift availability and selection

Each gift hamper is painstakingly done up by our designers with the best available gift items from our treasure trove before they are delivered! You can expect a unique, well-designed and packaged hamper that even you are excited about and one that will wow your loved ones!
Product Feedback, Expiry and Warranty
Do contact the original product owners if you have any query or feedback. Warranty and expiry dates for relevant products are valid for the period stated by respective product owners on their packaging and T&Cs.
